Mayra Bueno Silva got a first round armbar win over Stephanie Egger over the weekend. Silva let go after she felt Egger tap, the ref didn't see it, but Egger
didn't admit she tapped, but she didn't protest the stoppage, she just had a blank look on her face. Video replay couldn't confirm either but
a judge and couple officials cageside said they saw her tap and the fight was over.
But she and her team will be appealing this loss.
If a fighter didn't tap and they stop a fight the reaction is almost always them protest in a rage while they're foaming from the mouthpiece.
But with Egger, she was the first fighter to try and plead the 5th ammendment in the Octagon. She didn't want to admit she tapped, but she didn't
want to lie by saying she didn't tap. She just sort of took a wait and see approach, like let's see where this goes. And oddly she almost got away with it because
