One of this fight camp’s uniforms ????????????? Beach workouts and swim practices have me bringing out the speedo. My PR for underwater breath hold is 4 minutes and 17 seconds. The crazy part is that the days I was the most stressed out (life shit) were the days that I performed the best. Why is that? What does that endorse? That I have good cardio? Endurance? Will power? Anything? ??????? How do you do with a bit of stress?
