MMA H.E.A.T. brings you UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez's open workout, which took place two days before his first title defense.  Cain will face Junior Dos Santos in the first-ever UFC on FOX broadcast, set to take place on November 12, 2011, at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.  Cain won his belt in the same venue at UFC 121 when he defeated Brock Lesnar.
