The fighters came out striking hard with Constant landing a brutal knee to the head of Saccamano. Saccamano took the strike well and got the clinch. Constant however scored a hip toss takedown and immediately he took full mount to work GNP. Saccamano rolled face down to escape the strikes, but Constant kept up the striking and got the tapout due to strikes at :57 of round one.
