Injury and Surgery
In November, Jon Jones suffered a pectoral injury that forced him out of his scheduled fight against former heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 295. The injury required surgery, and Jones has been on the mend ever since. The expectation is that the highly anticipated Miocic matchup will be re-booked once Jones is fully recovered.
Return to Training
Jones announced on social media that he has returned to training for the first time since his injury.
"First day back in the gym since my injury, felt amazing," Jones wrote on Instagram. "And so it began."
This marks a
