Ryan Bader vs Fedor Emelianenko Rematch Bellator Inglewood Fight Video Part I
Bellator MMA 290 Bader vs Fedor II

Fedor Emelianenko( 40-6, 1 win, no competition) has previously retired. We witnessed him leave the sport, come back, and experience a number of ups and downs. However, his mystique and aura continue to be strong enough to persuade people that he is capable of pulling off the unthinkable, and in some way, that is the case.

He has performed incredibly well in combating other seasoned veterans, despite his advanced age and the advancements in development that have allowed some of the newer breed of athletes to take over the elite levels of sport. He has only lost to Matt Mitrione and Ryan Bader since his return. Rampage Jackson and Tim Johnson, however, have compared him to a savage shark in back-to-back finishes, and he is still capable of causing almost comical damage in one shot.

Now, it's up to you to decide how much stock you put into a victory over an unfit Rampage and an ineffective( and inconsistent striker) Johnson. We simply cannot ignore the fact that things don't go well for him when he faces a fighter who is much more athletic these days. Back in 2019, Bader eliminated him from the heavyweight competition by getting rid of him fairly quickly. But what does it say about Fedor that some people believe he might have a chance to win this match in the end?

Ryan Bader( 30-7) continues to rule the Bellator heavyweight division despite also holding the title of dual champion in light heavy. He won back-to-back matches thanks to his impressive performances against Valentin Moldavsky and Chieck Kongo, and no one appears to be posing a serious threat to him at heavyweight. He continues to be a better athlete than Fedor, and in recent years, his overall game has significantly improved. However, there is always the "what if" question. It says more about Fedor than it does about Bader, according to the factor. There should be no question that Emelianenko's victory in his final match as heavyweight champion on his home field would mark a significant moment in the sport.
