Ilia Topuria takes on Edson Barboza on October 29th, Ilia is ranked #15 at featherweight and Edson #13. Edson's being used as a guy trying to build new stars, he did in his last fight vs Bryce Mitchell, Mitchell beat him and moved into the top 10. Topuria is 12-0 and coming off a win at lightweight in his last fight vs Jai Herbert. Topuria showed a lot of toughness because he was taken some big shots and looked in trouble vs Herbert, but came back to knock him out in brutal fashion. So he has the will to match and skill and a lot of people are high on him as a contender at 145, but just like many of the weight classes out there, featherweight is a competive one to break into.
