Bruce Lee was the most influential martial artist the world has ever seen, and he was equally respected for his philosophy as he was for his physical attributes. While Bruce was certainly ahead of his time in many regards, many of his thoughts were too simplified. However, that doesn't mean that it can't be true when you add some finer points to it. Thanks to the warriors in combat sports and the abundance of technology today, we get to witness and examine theories applied at the highest level. One of Bruce Lee's biggest philosophies was to strike with the power hand and foot forward, as it's the closest to the opponent.
