Conor McGregor pulled off of UFC 200 card, Nate Diaz will still fight, another fight to be added

UFC President Dana White announced Tuesday that UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor has been pulled from his UFC 200 main event against Nate Diaz on July 9th. White revealed that the decision was made by the promotion after McGregor informed UFC officials that he would not participate in any promotional activities, including a commercial shoot and press conferences. The UFC is currently working on a new main event for the card
Dana says: "nobody is exempt from promoting their fights. We had to pull Conor from fight."
A similar thing happened in 2011 when Nick Diaz didn't show up for a press conference for UFC 137 to promote his fight with GSP, and the UFC pulled Diaz from the card and replaced him with Carlos Condit.
Conor said: I have decided to retire young. Thanks for the cheese. Catch ya's later.
