Accidents do happen but this was not one of them. I drilled this gameplan for months, it got tedious and monotonous and dare I say boring. I drilled every damn day over and over and over. I burned it into my memory so deeply it became instinctive. I told you all, this camp felt different and it was. It will never be different again, variations may change but the system is set in stone. Thank you to my team and my training partners that stuck out many sessions of repetitions.
