After coming from 2 very complicated surgeries on my left biceps I am in full physical ascension again with the help of great professionals in Los Angeles and Brazil. It was almost 5 months without being able to train anything for upper limbs. Thanks to the muscle memory and training ballast built over many years, muscle loss was small and recovery was absurdly fast.
